Return Policy

Thanks for shopping with our online boutique! If you are not completely satisfied with your order once received, please let us know and we would be happy to help you find something else you love!

*Our company kindly accepts returns on women's clothing items only within 7 days of purchase. All other items are excluded from returns. We do not offer refunds to original forms of payment, instead offering store credit for our customers. Store credits are issued to the email that the order was placed with. If you do not see your store credit email, please check your spam/junk mail! 


*ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED!

*Items being returned to Pear Flair must still have tags intact. Items must also be unworn, unwashed, free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and subject to an additional shipping cost. We reserve the right to refuse return items that do not meet this criteria. 

PROCESSING
Email office@pearflair.comIn the subject line include your order number and indicate if it's a return, exchange or damageIn the body of the email provide a brief explanation as to how we can assist. All requests will be responded to within 1-2 business days! 

RETURNS:
Although we send our customers a pre-paid shipping label to send the items back to us, you will still be charged for the USPS priority shipping cost ($7.95). This will be subtracted from your store credit total after Pear Flair processes your return which takes 2-3 business days. If you do not see your store credit email, please check your spam/junk mail. Also note that all original shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES:
Pear Flair must be notified of a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your items. In the body of your email, please include the exchange size you would like. If we have the item/size in stock, we will HOLD it until we've received your exchange back. We will cover all shipping costs for exchanges.

DAMAGES:
Pear Flair must be notified of any damages within 72 hours of receiving your items. Your email must include damage images as well. If your damage is approved, we will confirm with the customer on what to do with the damaged item. If we still have the item in stock, we will send a replacement at no shipping cost. If we do not have the item in stock, we will issue a credit directly back to the card you made your purchase with. Those credits will appear back to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
